Who changed what on the account, and when
Audit log
Customer audit log capability
Every change somebody makes to the account is written down: who, what, when, from where, and to which status page. The audit log is where you read it, whether that is for a security review, a compliance questionnaire, or working out who paused the checkout monitor on Tuesday.
Dashboard → Settings → Audit log. Owners and admins can read it. It requires the Customer audit log capability; the events are recorded whether or not the account has it, so the history is complete from the day the account was created, not from the day you bought access to it.
What is recorded
Sign-ins and invitations, role changes, every write to monitors, incidents, maintenance, branding, languages, notifications and embeds, API-key creation and revocation, subscriber exports, billing changes, and page creation and deletion. Each event names the person or API key that did it and the page it applied to.
Reading it
Newest first, with a filter to show one status page or the whole account. Events are kept for 365 days.
Exporting it
Export CSV takes a date range and, optionally, one action type, and downloads the matching events. Use it for the questionnaire that wants twelve months of access history, or to keep a copy beyond the retention window.
